What type of people is the challenge designed for?
All walks of life can do this program, but we made this program specifically for women and mommies ages 25-54 in mind. That being said, we have people of all walks of life and even a few men get results on the program (their wives dragged them into it lol).
Won't the weight come back?
Nope. If you ever gain any weight from a cheat day or slipping up you can just restart the challenge from the start and keep it off. 
What if I am unable to exercise?
You do not have to exercise to get the guaranteed 10-21 pounds in 21 days. If you're unable to exercise you will still lose the weight (although, it does help). 
Is there a meal plan?
Yep. Every day, meal, and sime is scheduled out for you so there's not a lot of thinking involved. 
Do I have to buy organic food or crazy supplements?

Can I do this diet as a vegan or vegetarian?
